Character: Steve. Former anti-fascist protestor who turns to Krishna after being tortured and forced to betray those who look to him for protection.
Having fled home a teenage girl falls out of society and into a world where survival is never guarenteed.
I was drawn to this production purely on the strength of the outline and character descriptions. It is one of the most intricate and mind-blowing scripts I have ever read and was a chance to challenge myself physically as well as emotionally, initially growing my hair for a year and then having it shaved completely to rteflect the change in the character it allowed me to explore both sides of his complex persoanality.
